I think blitz exposed the coverage a bit with a TE

Those Georgia boys are looking pretty cold in New Jersey. I think their wraps are designed for a southern climate- look like 2 mil plastic

Kennesaw State has 0 strength of schedule. Yes they only have 1 loss but I dont see any way they hang with the top 4 big sky teams. They run the same offense as Cal Poly. Watching the game against Monmouth (also 0 strength of schedule) and they are tied near half.

I love it. Once the Ags win it becomes conditional probability and the odds go up to .10

Didn’t watch any of the NCLS. Really haven’t followed baseball since high school. Now if the brewers had the guy sliding into the beer stein I might have watched. From what you’re implying he might have had contact inebriation.

Was saddened to hear of Willie McCoveys death. He was one of my sports heroes.

My twin brother coached Blake in little league. Said he either struck out or hit it 400 ft. Sort of reminds me of myself although my stikeout ratio was likely higher.

truly good news. Gilliam adds multidimensional facets. I think he and TT complement each other well. TT can pound it a bit more and breaks those long ones. Gilliam is a fine receiver and is shiftier. And if Modise gets a hole - man the dude is greased lightning. I suspect he is the fastest player in the 40.

just tried that and evidently you need to be in one of their “service areas” to stream their content.

good analysis. Ball security will be big. I like our chances due to Maier’s decisions and level headedness (not to mention accuracy) coupled with all the weapons UCD has. Add to that the experience under adversity. Hope that Filliam is available, but it’s not like in past years where we were thin at RB.

and we'll have a better shot on he Fire Turf.

AKA Tampax field. I cannot claim that moniker- saw it on some other board when EWU installed it.

I watched their game against Weber and Weber did a very good job containing them (maybe 1 touchdown as I recall). Of course Weber has arguably the best defense in the conference. They contained Barriere (sp?). He is a run first QB and I think the key is to perhaps shadow him or put pressure on him to get him rattled.

    you need to try
“Remove it from their bodies” or “find a hole and exploit it”.

Hawk would just smile and refer to the numerous “biggest game in the history of Earth” lead-ins he’s had. He mentioned this at the post game press conference at Montana.

I do think EWU is better with Gubrud, but the replacement is a better runner so needs to be defended a bit differently. Hawk said one of their backs for injured in this weeks press conference. I have to wonder if the Aggies get a bit more excited to play on the road with noisier crowds. The Davis crowds are quite frankly anemic. A pity they don’t have better attendance - especially from students. It just never has been a culture their. Too busy studying in Shields or whatever.

Anyway, with this team and it’s coaching staff and with the experience at Montana, I feel pretty good about the game this Saturday on the road.
  • Week 10: Northern Arizona @ UC Davis
I watched the replay and the only clue I saw was it seemed Gilliam was signaling to come off the field. He visually did not seem to be injured.

I need to start flying out to games the Ags can win. Went to Stanford this year and Kal a few years back when Wright was a freshman and had to start at QB. Hoping maybe a playoff game is in east coast but if Ags keep winning only JMU might have home field in a matchup. I really don’t know how the brackets are determined so all conjecture

I was there. I thought it was over13,000 at least inofficially. There were a lot of standing room folks. That game was magical.

77 or 78 was 1 loss. Good to get back to winning ways after what seems like 40 years of wandering in the desert.
  • Kennesaw State public relations working hard....
Believe me-it doesn’t. I think Sherman took care of that. I’ve been there a few times and don’t care if I ever go back. Horrible traffic too.
