At this point, Portland State is a place for the tinkerers, dreamers and mad scientists. They aren't the program they once were - there coach has to be a blind optimist... and they have the worst home stadium in FCS or at least, the Big Sky...the feel of that place in Hillsboro is high school at best - stands on one side, not even downtown...felt so different when they played on Morrison Street.
