This is probably why I prefer UC Davis to move to FBS as quickly as possible, because in the long run, sufficiently enough teams will move from FCS to FBS that the FCS will be increasingly less desirable.

I like Sacramento State's chances slightly more than Montana State's chances based on the remaining games.

I'm not too familiar with traveling teams, but my impression is that you'll only bring the players who can play when needed due to limited space. If so, wouldn't bringing Lamson be a good sign?

How are preseason rankings calculated if no games are played yet? I presume it would be identical to the end of last year's rankings.
