tl;dr: University of Chicago used it first, in 1898, and a bunch of teams/schools in all sports at all levels have used it since.

Different court size (beach is smaller), different game/scoring rules, the balls are actually different (beach is lighter), and some other more esoteric changes.

UCI's going to be in the double bonus for the last 7:41, the Aggies are 3-13 from deep, and they only have 8 offensive rebounds. Ugly.

Morgan 25/6, Hall 7/12, Ko.Eaton 13 and 5 assists. Aggies pretty much won all the statistical battles. Coach will want to talk about turnovers and bench scoring, but all in all a good start to the weekend as the women clinch a share of the regular season championship--third in a row!

49ers make a three at the buzzer, but go down with a final score of 66-49.

LBSU is hot from long range and that's keeping them in the game. They are only hot from long range though.

50-31 after three. Morgan has 20, Ko.Eaton has 11. Hall up to 10 reb, and the extended bench starting to rotate in. Defense is keeping LB under 25% shooting.

42-25 at the 3Q media time out. Aggies went on a 10-3 run at the beginning of the quarter.

I think the Aggies are going to need to get their driving game in gear to break down the 49er man defense. I expect we'll see O'Toole a fair amount, since that seems to be her game.

30-20 at half. Great defense, but the offense sputtered at the end of the half.
