I think the Aggies would've been happy to kneel out the game after his first run, but Portland took a timeout, so they ran one more play and he scored on it.

Followed the game on the stat-tracker from our date night. Disappointing start to the season, naturally, but good to see Toole continue to step up to be a go-to player and good to see the team fight back in the second half.

Both Jones and Svanholm have Morgan's build and length--unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to see them move since Svanholm's sitting (obviously) and Jones was sick for the exhibition game I went to.

Yeah, it's going to take some time to shake out who the new go-to scorer(s) are. Keep in mind that Hall was on the bench, in addition to Jones.

Trpcic and Gray looked good at guard. When the offense settled down and just ran like normal, it was the same efficient machine as last year, just without the finishing bucket by Morgan. ;) Given how young some of the line-ups were tonight, I'm encouraged.

OBA and I both think that Jones was sick, FWIW.
