1-10 from deep is the main issue right now.

20-31 at the media timeout. Davis getting some stops and actually got a couple shots to go in themselves. Gotta keep playing tough D and be patient on offence.

Sage has missed three point blank shots and is pissed.

Sac State starting off super hot. Have only missed one shot I think. 8-17 at the first time out. Davis defense is contesting shots, but there's not much you can do when the opponent makes a 14 footer with four hands in her face.

My opinion is that last year's offense didn't favor her game.

Overall, seems like a pretty complete game from the Aggies. Shooting went cold for a while, but they were able to step up their defense to compensate.

Toole and Bessolo the leading scorers for Davis: 25 and 15, respectively. Aggies shot 52% from the field.

Konrad the leading rebounder with 9, and Trpcic with a solid 7 assists.

USF ended up shooting 38% from the field, but went 15-18 from the FT line to keep themselves in teh game.

79-67 final!

77-67 with 24 seconds left; Aggie ball after a time out.

72-60 with 3:12 remaining. USF drawing a lot of fouls and making their foul shots to stay in the game.

65-48 with 7:27 remaining. Trpcic with a couple back-to-back fancy passes to wide-open teammates.

59-47 end of three. Aggie defense still doing well; offense had a cold spell. Bessolo has 12 now; Song and Konrad also knocking on the double-figure door.

Yeah, the motion offense, driving the lane, and pushing the ball seem (at this point) to be the identity of this particular team.

Campbell Gray is looking more and more like a great pickup for the Aggies at point, by the way. A little bigger than Trpcic, and possible a touch slower, but the same confident ball handling. Trpcic, Gray, and Song each with three assists so far.

47-37 Aggies at half.

Aggies shooting well: 57% overall, 50% from deep, and 4-5 from teh line. Toole leading the scoring with 18. Aggie defense allowing the Dons to shot 44%--coach will want an improvement there.

06-07 team went 1-3 in their first four regular games, but actually lost one of their exhibition games against Sonoma State (eek). The one win was against SFSU.
