Strengths:
Hyper athletic wing prospect who attacks the rim in both transition and the half court set. Jackson is also an underrated ball handler who can make plays off the bounce, slashing or driving and kicking. Jackson is unselfish in the open floor and has the ability to draw defenders and find the open teammate. Jackson has good foot speed, length and lateral quickness to be a defensive stopper on the next level. Jackson is a good shot blocker for his position and can also rebound the ball in traffic. Jackson has the mobility and skill set to play both the shooting and small forward positions.
Weaknesses:
Jackson needs to work on his jump shot off the catch and off the dribble. Jackson also needs to continue working on finding his spots from the mid range area.
Bottom Line:
Jackson's length, athleticism and ball handling skills make him an intriguing mid major prospect. Jackson at this point is being recruited by low majors most likely because of his geographical location. If Jackson can add some consistent range to his shot he could easily be notated as a mid plus level prospect.
