    One of UCD's best coaches, has signed a 3 year extension. In a very tough conference Coach Shaffer has his men always competitive with minimal resources. I feel that he will keep that trend going and maybe even catch fire and go deep into the NCAA tournament. Not that long ago, at one point his squad in mid-season was ranked 7th in the entire NCAA which is amazing.

    Men's soccer coach. Congratulations.

    Is attendance still strong? Are we about average, or above the norm?

    Attendance is good. Not great like the UCSB or Cal Poly but for day games very good. The men's team tried in the past to play UC Irvine at Aggie stadium and it did not create a good game. Hopefully Dwayne will have another great team with above average attendance.
