Not sure what they call it, but I know they tore the dorms I was in quite some time ago.

Sorry, not clear what you're asking.

Ags looking dominant. UC Davis out-gaining the Redbirds at the half 359 - 244. D held their passing game in check for most of the half.

I love the aerial views of campus, showing what used to be Tercero where I lived for two years.

Hastings is on fire. He's 12 for 16 for 197 yards already.

The commentators have really done their homework. Nothing like professionals handling a broadcast.
  • Rd.2 PLAYOFFS Week 15: UC Davis vs. Illinois State
It's almost like the Ags were playing possum on Illinois State.
  • Rd.2 PLAYOFFS Week 15: UC Davis vs. Illinois State
Good to see the D step up.

Hope the crowd is so loud I can hear it all the way in Hawai`i! Go Ags!

The point spread I noted was for UCSB's loss to UCSD. Today they're favored over the Ags by 3.5.

We can hope. I assume that that would give UC Davis the home field for the quarterfinals?

How cool is that. Bring back Bossie Cow Cow.
  • MBB: Cal Poly (5-4) at UC Davis (3-4) Thursday, Dec. 5 at 6:00 pm
If you go back and look at the end of the game as the teams were shaking hands you can see TY getting into some kind of incident with a Cal Poly player. It appears something was said but I didn't see anything like a punch, maybe just a slight shove. It didn't seem like a big deal.
  • MBB: Cal Poly (5-4) at UC Davis (3-4) Thursday, Dec. 5 at 6:00 pm
Anyone notice that the two teams combined for more turnovers (84) than made field goals (52)?

I think they were pretty upset about losing at home :). Seriously, though, the Gauchos were favored by 2.5.

    Games of Thursday, Dec. 5:

    UC Riverside (5-4 ) 68, CSUN (home, 6-3) 64
    UC San Diego (7-2) 84, UC Santa Barbara (home,6-2 ) 76
    UC Irvine (home,9-0 ) 82, CSU Bakersfield (4-5) 66
    Long Beach State (2-8 ) 73, CSU Fullerton (home, 2-7) 56
It's worth noting that all four home teams (including UCI) trailed at some point in the second halves.

Good to see the Ags play better defense (18 steals) and moving the ball around better on offense (18 assists) in comparison to their previous three games. Good thing to have in league play, even though it took nearly a half for them to find it.

I have tended to disagree that TY has been held down only by the tough defense they've been throwing at him. While it may have been a factor, I think it has been just as critical that he seemed to have lost some confidence after the Grand Canyon game. His performance tonight, after an egregious start suggests that he might have gotten his mojo back. It certainly helps that he had a lot more offensive support from Sevilla, Tamba, Daughtery and DeBruhl.
