We can blame either Hawkins the elder or Hawkins the younger, but the offense failed to execute when it needed to. Hastings was off on a lot of his third down throws, but some credit goes to the Wildcat defense.

This is one of those games I've seen too often: A lot of frustrating moments and missed opportunities. In my experience this kind of game ends badly. Hope this time is an exception.

On the positive side, Aggies have turned things around a lot on defense. At the half, Weber State has 195 total yards and 9 first downs vs. UCD's 226 total yards and 14 first downs.
