Six minutes into the game and UCD has outgained the Wildcats 16-2!

Anyone know who the two broadcasters are? They don't seem to be Weber State guys from how they're calling the game so far.

I thought McDowell played very well. His elusiveness extended a lot of their passing plays and although he only hit on 56% of his throws, he made a lot of them in the clutch without getting picked. A big difference was also in the return game. UM gained 126 yards, UCD netted 14.

Hard to believe he's already 27 which is a long time to be hanging around the NFL for anyone who wasn't drafted. He's gotta be showing them something.

I have to say that we were simply outplayed. The game looks pretty even statistically. Same number of turnovers, total yards about the same. Take away our missed pat and their 85 yard TD run and it's a tie game. The saddest words in the English language are "what if."

A big difference in the two defenses is open field tackling. The Grizzlies always seem to stop the ball carrier in his tracks, whereas the Agie D has missed a lot of tackles.

I keep imagining how different this game would be if we had a healthy Larison or Tompkins.

Do you think that they're protecting Tompkins from getting hit too often? He's only had one touch and that was a pass. In any case, it's pretty sure that he won't be much of a factor in this game.

I thought I heard that the broadcast is being sponsored by the University of Montana? Seems vaguely unethical somehow. How does ESPN+ justify letting any school sponsor an away game? The bias of the two broadcasters is pretty clear although the color man really knows football and seems to be the more objective (but hard to listen to for his vocal quality). Marty Mornhinweg has NFL bona fides. I remember when he was the offensive coordinator for the 49ers. Not sure why he's no longer coaching.

I think the red lines are for the red zone, but it seems pretty silly to have two.

It looks like CJ lost the ball in the sun. Ags doing a nice job of stopping the run. Griz have 12 for rushes for only 19 yards.

I thought I saw #18 briefly on the field, but I guess not. Does anyone who is streaming the game know what those odd red lines represent?

Montana is 3/3 on 3rd and long and 4/4 on passes. Ags have 6 total yards. It isn't going well, to say the least.

I haven't seen Tompkins on the field at all. Maybe he's still hurt?

I see they have Big Sky logos so maybe they'll at least try to be objective.
