yah, I was watching on mountain west network. Was ruled on the field as a catch and touchdown and it looked good on the replay, but evidently it briefly came loose - booth must have had a different angle.

Crazy thin was there was a celebration penalty that backed up UMC to about 50 yard line a few seconds left then pass interference was called on CSU at the 5 so they got moved up for another shot. Just a crazy ending.

Ruled catch on field. I don’t think o would have overturned it unless another view was available.

UNC scores with 0:08 left. Up 23-21

    Correct that. Ruled incomplete.

After giving Washington a good game, Colorado State is down 10-0 to Northern Colorado near halftime. CSU with 4 turnovers in first half.

Maybe time for Sac to start imploding? At some point all these transfers are going to start looking out for themselves.

Jordan Cook and their best back are both injured and didn’t play. Put up a good battle without them.

It was Boise State, but Eastern Washington did not look good at all losing 51-14 and the score didn’t reflect how uncompetitive the game was. Eastern QB can run but is a very poor passer. Eastern defense was a sieve and lacked speed. Eastern’s first string running back was out and the only rushing threat was QB Taylor.

LOL. I saw his son his wife at an airport restaurant and I said to my wife “Hey, that’s Wade Phillips, head coach of the Dallas Texans”. She replied “Look at the rock on his wife’s finger”, which I think confirmed to her that had money and must be “important”.

I kinda liked their announce crew but those guys were doomsayers as soon as we scored our second TD
I finally realized that the lead announcer did games for Weber State televised games a few years ago and more recently for a few televised Utah States games. He had a different sidekick (straight man) and I enjoyed listening to them as a comedy routine within a football game. The Utah Tech sidekick was not into nuance so the comedy was limited. I did like the comment about the academy award attempt for a personal foul by the Utah Tech player and the interpretation of the refs response “get out of here”.

maybe Williams has taken the pre-season accolades to his head and the personal foul penalties are likely frustration that things aren’t going his way. I have always thought that since his appearance late in the season last year, that Ian Simpson was the better weapon. He was just nasty (in a good way) last year but also has had issues with keeping his cool after the whistle. I believe Josh Gale had graduated and with his lack of playing time last year - understand his transferring but I have always thought he was our most productive and talented receiving tight end.

Pinnick’s second half was great. Good to see he didn’t pack it on after first half.

Was thinking the same thing. We could use a 220 lb. Running back.

Wow! Great comeback. And defense was great for most all of game Ruchina had a good game. In the long run, poise came through.

Agreed. I think they should have done at least one RPO or pass. A first down would have sealed it.

    Bad call

What a comeback. Auctioned on the jets. Now stop them again.

Can’t have personal fouls. No poise.

I’ll have to ask my wife. She likes impressionism and I’m more of a realism guy.
