Gibson likes to go deep on the sidelines to Cheeks and Munroe, both of whom have good size. Sac State was burned multiple times by what seemed to be 50/50 balls. The one time Sac intercepted me of those, the DB was actually a step ahead and was able to look back. The Aggie DBs will be tested I am sure.

Their big running back, Price was impressive versus Sac. None of their other running backs did much.

Montana State has the Ag Extension program and Engineering. I think the default is to ba a Griz fan in Montana unless you have gone to school at Montana State. A lot of farmers don’t necessarily have University degrees, but rather passed down farm knowledge.

Montana State is decidedly better than Montana. Even with home field advantage at WaGriz I don’t see Montana winning the brawl.

I think there was a palpable difference in offensive team speed that helped UCD separate from NAU. Gbatu, Dobbins, Fisher and Vargas in particular. Pennington was also thrown off with the pass rush, that was also critical to take pressure off the DBs.

I still can't get over that overturning 'incomplete pass' call at the end of the Colorado State game. Ed Lamb must be so battle torn that the call didn't even phase him - can you imagine Paul Wulff getting that call turned around against him?

My imagination immediately comes up with an outcome of that hypothetical - instant stroke.
