Defense, defense, defense - man never seen so many tip picks and just bad QB decisions in one game. The QB play on both sides here is atrocious.

Question for Miles, new coaching means a new method, a new style, change. It seems he is taking to Tim Plough at the helm. Now, it could just be the experience is kicking in and the confidence in year 4 is just there now, and certainly that plays a huge part, but is Plough the catalyst to making it all click? Was it just more preparation? Just curious what's different.

Also, who does he emulate as a QB! What guy out there does he compare his game to and try to aspire to!

I can't believe Eastern is 1-4, they look so explosive offensively, I guess their defense just isn't doing much for them giving up at least 27 points a game and losing at home to Drake. Granted, Drake isn't a terrible team, but that should've been a home win for the Eagles.

It's alright though, things get a little easier these next few weeks for Eastern: @ Sac, vs Davis, @ Idaho, vs. Montana State ...

Davis has had Idaho's number, but this year felt way different -- Idaho is strong and came in and absolutely punched Davis in the mouth, twice. What was the difference -- it was Coombs, making adjustments and getting stops to put a dressing over the bleeding and give the Aggies a chance to get back in it.

Idaho is absolutely snakebitten at QB, they have such a solid set of players.
