Montana, Sac, Montana State and EWU all look like killers...and the Aggies just lost to Weber...not seeing it for Davis this year. You have to beat quality teams, coming up just short is half-measures.

Red Zone offense was dreadful...and credit to Weber, played very well defensively, completely neutralized Tompkins. Davis had no x-factor, but there were missed opportunities.

I'll also say, losing Pettek on the 2nd play didn't help things one bit on offense. They still kept Hastings clean most of the night, and Hastings looked to be on a very strict clock last night...you could count the dropbacks and deep shots on one hand.

I will add, softly, that the Broncos have played Houston and Seattle, two of the worst offenses in the League (after 2 weeks they are 30th and 31st respectively). The Niners are stronger, much stronger, and better coached.
