• WBB: Aggies Playing Pro Abroad
This website has Morgan listed as not returning until mid-June. There are currently 5 Chicago Sky players out and two are listed as "out indefinitely."

An indefinite term sounds like forever. Or they have a very serious injury.

This set of highlights has her block on Cunningham. Get out!Russ Bowlus

Now that's some highlighters indeed. Pretty impressive!

Coach Wade was asked about her in the post-game interviews and basically said that they like how she plays the game, she fits their style of basketball, they have a lot of faith in her abilities, and he thinks she'll improve a bunch with the amount of playing time she is getting.

    Very cool.

Also cool to see Kahleah Copper and Dana Evans nodding along when he was talking about Morgan's play.

Cool! A talented player should always be given more playing time.
  • Lacrosse
The one I had some interest in but never saw was lacrosse. I wonder if anyone on the board has watched a game at UCD and be so kind answer these questions:

Is it fairly exciting or stop and go and stop again like football or baseball ?

I never had much interest in lacrosse. I didn't like it, it seemed like a boring game. You wrote, so I decided to google the game. The first thing I found was a wikipedia page at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lacrosse that said: lacrosse was played in the 12th century. And who played it? Native north americans, i.e. indians.
Columbus must have asked them what games they played in the 12th century :)

Someone over on the Big West Boards Basketball Forum posted this comment regarding Robeson:

If he is 100% recovered from injury, he should be a impact transfer for Davis.

He will recover. But will he want to go to Davis?
  • Is it possible that the Graduate could return?
Movie, it’s way too complex. The owners were going through a divorce. The new UM owners were way too aggressive in their plans. They really didn’t have any idea about how davis politics works. And then come the neighbors! So I don’t live there anymore. But when I lived there, I have had many other out of town people from Texas and Michigan who I took there who said “this is so great just like like home” and then there was dance night! Did you ever see the twins dance? Or some of the football players? Absolutely great . I even saw some of our adversaries come in for a burgers after a game. I know you guys have seen them too. So I have hope the Graduate will be back! There is no competition for this type of venue in Davis now. I would consider investing!69aggie

It's a good idea to build a similar place close by. Or somewhere else. I don't think the new owners will want to keep Graduate. But who knows for sure? However, this pause could be used to build a place like this, no? Someone will definitely do it!
Still, when I come to Davis again, I'd like to visit Graduate...

    Hi all!
