A tough opponent in a tough environment that is well rested. Aggies got a pretty nasty schedule this year.

Aggies lose by 10. Stobbart with another double double, but the Davis defense couldn't do anything about Fullerton's two scorers.

Davis is super cold on offense and getting out rebounded. Down by 7 with half the fourth left to go.

My wife is at the game (chaperoning a Jr. High class) and says Nina is warming up, but with a brace.

Today's Enterprise article notes that the Aggies need to catch a plane to HI right after the the Thursday game.

Some notes from the stats: Davis had 16 turnovers, but Irvine only got 9 points off them. Conversely, Irvine had 10 TOs and Davis scored 17 in result. Good defense by the Aggies.

46 points in the paint for Davis...nice. Handily out-rebounded Irvine, too, 49-32...even nicer.

My seventh grader is going to it (with his math class, of all things)... Maybe a bunch of other school kids too?

I still don't get why the Big West doesn't travel men's and women's teams together.

My opinion is you don't change anything--just keep running the offense (it works!), but with a height advantage at every position. Find the mismatch in each game/quarter and work it.

I'm hoping that all this height can *move* and *defend*.

Makes the coaches cackle and rub their hands thinking about her and Jones and Svanholm for the next couple years, I bet.

Aggies win the rematch in Davis, 71-58. Another double-double for Stobbart.

I think opponents are looking at the pre-conference film and thinking "we can't let Toole score thirty on us." Collapsing to the key leaves the outside shooters open, though.

Horrible 2nd quarter was the difference in the game.
