Not an apples to apples comparison. The entertainment dollar / fan base here is competing with 200 different activities and a changing fan base. I believe we do have a huge advantage being on the west coast.

ARC doesn't make sense... where would 4,000 people sit? There is the Ballroom, but I don't think if would hold 4,000.

The Pavilion / Rec Hall would hold 5,000 - 7,000.
