The Sac Bee article claims a little more unsavory behavior:

"binge drinking"
"sexual harrassment"
42% complained about alumni band members at parties
"Naked hot tub sessions" (voluntary?)
"known rapists" (inflammatory allegations?)

I don't know if the CAMB had any representation, but ending habitual alumni band socializing, and the 'naked hot tub sessions' are easy, common sense concessions.

But if these are the standards, Zero Tolerance, a lot of student groups could fall. Fraternities. Historically Black fraternities (branding, beatings). There are probably others.

How many band members own their own instruments?

I have an idea!

Cal Aggie un-Band-uH gathering at Plainfield Station ... WITH a bonfire!!! Private property... private instruments... have a blast ... and sing rebellious lyrics!

What are the options.

Appeal?

Legal action?

My assumption is that the Alumni Band is purged bc one or two members flirted with (over 18) and possibly partied with Band members?

Does this now mean campus professors, grad students, and adult staff are strictly prohibited from flirting, dating, and socializing with students?

- inconsequential, frilly field training
- expensive rooms (misuse of campus funds?)
- heavy drinking
- [a complaint was later lodged by an attendee]
- the new Manager, a Military Veteran, was notified by email (not protocol)
- the Manager (and Father) committed suicide

Good points. We have probably our biggest and best overall OLine ever? 7 guys 290# or bigger, 5 at 300#s, and a 6'9" sub.

Harrell same size as Doss, and faster. Ran track as a freshman for us, played in HS with the Bear DBs, faster than them. The Bear LBs big trouble. Deng (6'6" LB) had 12 tackles (9 solo), Weaver 11 tackles. Post game presser, Weaver pissed and focused, repeatedly said their effort was unacceptable; Garbers laughing and non serious.

So I'm not crazy. If JM is an "A" QB, but only has 5 options; and Hunter is a "B+" QB, but has 8 options (add the run, RPO, keeper and XYZ), you've just increased your options by 60%! Whole different juju.

It would take the Bears a whole series to adjust. Then, keep him in, or rotate back?

River - RFrosh linebackers Eaton (6 tackles) and Davon Frazer studded out, and 2 JC LB transfers saw time. They likely have a quicker learning curve.
